Content Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Content Marketing Manager at Payliance is responsible for developing and executing targeted, account-based content initiatives that support both direct sales to consumer installment lending companies and channel partner sales teams. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role requires close collaboration with Digital Marketing Operations, Product Development, and Sales Leadership to create content that resonates with key decision-makers in the lending and payments industry. The Content Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by aligning content strategy with Payliance’s sales and marketing objectives.

Essential Duties & Other Duties:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that supports account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, aligning with sales and marketing goals.
  • Create compelling, industry-specific content tailored to the needs of consumer installment lenders, effectively positioning Payliance’s payment verification, processing, and collection solutions.
  • Optimize content across multiple channels, including product solution briefs, blogs, HTML emails, digital ads, eBooks, industry event materials, webinars, website content, organic search initiatives, LinkedIn posts, and Voice of Customer content.
  • Develop content that moves target accounts through the sales funnel, from awareness to marketing-qualified accounts, ultimately driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to create sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, case studies, and solution one-pagers.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Operations to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns, execution timelines, and sales goals.
  • Leverage 6Sense account engagement data and intent data tools to craft highly targeted content that aligns with buyer intent signals and maximizes lead conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in fintech, lending, and payments to inform content strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Digital Marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Manage content calendars, workflows, and approvals using project management tools like Asana.
  • Maintain compliance with content regulations and best practices in financial services marketing.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in payments, lending, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience in developing ABM content and familiarity with the 6Sense platform.
  • Strong understanding of lending and payments industry trends and key buyer personas.
  • Experience in translating complex financial products into clear, compelling value propositions that support revenue growth.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign management.
  • Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Jasper, Copy.ai) for content research, creation, and optimization.
  • Understanding of content compliance requirements in financial services marketing.

Job Summary

The Solutions Engineer serves as the product and technical subject matter expert (SME), supporting Account Executives and Client/Partner Success Managers in delivering tailored payment solutions to merchants and partners. This role acts as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex product and technical requirements into solutions that drive value for customers. The Solutions Engineer leads technical discovery discussions, contributes to RFI/RFP responses, and ensures seamless collaboration across teams to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Other Duties:

  • Act as the product and technical SME, providing pre-sales support to Account Executives and Client/Partner Success Managers.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and solution designer, ensuring proposed solutions align with merchant and partner needs.
  • Lead client technical discovery discussions to build compelling, value-driven payment solutions.
  • Assist with RFI/RFP responses by providing detailed product and technical insights.

Job Summary

The Vice President of Compliance and Risk leads the organization’s risk management and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and the effective onboarding and monitoring of customers. This role involves managing a team of specialists, overseeing compliance for payment products, and collaborating with senior leadership to address regulatory requirements and audits.

Essential Duties & Other Duties:

  • Participates in the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to accomplish business goals.
  • Promotes an environment that encourages self-motivation, teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver reporting to senior leadership and governance committees, as needed
  • Respond to internal and external audits, exams and requests for information. Assist in the evaluation of audit and examination findings/ observations and implementation of corrective action and responses.
  • Oversee Compliance management for all payment products (ACH, Remotely Created Checks and Debit/Credit Card) for mid to enterprise sized merchants operating within heavily regulated industries including collections, payday loans, and money services businesses.
  • Manage a team of Underwriting and Risk specialists to onboard and monitor customers within the policy and risk profile.
  • Formulate and maintain risk management documentation and procedures, including merchant underwriting policy.
  • Manage compliance to Nacha, card brand and network rules.
  • Drive compliance training initiatives for employees, fostering a culture of awareness and adherence to established policies.
  • Educate leadership team and the board of directors on potential impacts of relevant and upcoming changes in both licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee external audits and inquiries, ensuring transparency and cooperation in compliance matters.
