Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analyst

Payliance is a leading provider of payments processing, risk management, and recovery solutions, for more than 40,000 merchants. Payliance provides its merchants with integrated payment solutions and industry-specific offerings across several verticals, including consumer and business lending, collections, sports gaming and eCommerce. We are a founding member of the Third-Party Payment Processors Association (TPPPA) and have a proven track record in creating measurable value and streamlining operations for its clients.

Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and productivity of the sales team. This position is responsible for analyzing sales data, developing reports, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to support strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and optimize the use of CRM systems and other sales tools.

Essential Duties:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analyses, using historical data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate, refine, and implement scalable sales processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
• Manage the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate pipeline data and maintain data integrity.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM usage and other tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide operational support, including territory management, account assignments, and quota setting.
Additional Duties:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
• Ensure data integrity and work with the sales team to implement necessary updates.
• Implement and maintain best practices within the sales organization, ensuring adherence to sales policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for sales meetings and strategy sessions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, product and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, lead generation, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales compensation plans in coordination with the finance and HR teams.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and visual data representations.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• A strong understanding of the customer journey and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present information to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

QA Analyst

Quality Assurance Analyst

We are a founding member of the Third-Party Payment Processors Association (TPPPA) and have a proven track record in creating measurable value and streamlining operations for its clients.

Job Summary:
Payliance has opened a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst position on their QA team, reporting to the Director of Software Development. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to document and convey functional knowledge across the entire QA team. Our software systems require testing front-end systems, process APIs, and validation of results with superior SQL skills. This position can be remote.

Essential Duties:
• Document and communicate functional knowledge of Payliance software systems
• Creation and maintenance of software test plans and test cases
• Conducting functional and regression testing
• Understand and support the PCI DDS compliance requirements across our software
• Verify the security and privacy of Payliance software systems
• Partner with the Development and Product teams to deliver exceptional, value driven software systems
• Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
• BS or BA degree with an accredited college or university
• 5+ years as a QA Analyst
• Proven experience testing front-end applications and back-end APIs
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding SQL skills
• Tenacious investigative abilities to identify issues and determine a root cause analysis
• Experience with Postman and Atlassian Jira

Preferred Education and Experience:
• Experience building automated testing frameworks
• QA Certification (ie: ASTQB/ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, etc.)
• Background in software development
• Experience with payment systems
